Ah, I recognized City Hall in Chicago immediately
My home city. Mayor Daley was the first in the country to have a “green roof.” It saves a fortune on heating and cooling bills also, as well as cutting pollution and releasing oxygen from the plants into the air.

Have you seen the textless picture book Belonging, by Jeannie Baker? It’s like an antidote to her rather more bleak picture of development in Window.
